Serving the greater Hartford area for over 50 years.
Santo Driving School, LLC is a family owned and operated business. In 1966 Santo Calafiore an Italian immigrant opened his first location on Franklin Avenue, in the southend of Hartford. Starting with just one car, Santo learned enough Spanish, Portuguese, Greek and Polish to teach people of all backgrounds to drive. He’s helped multiple generations to obtain their drivers license.
In 1987 he brought his son Sal into the business to help run and manage the school. Sal is a ‘Master Instructor’ that oversees the daily operation. In 2005 Santo retired to spend more time traveling and enjoying quality time with his family.
